Our Fifth Crow Farms CSA is on hiatus until the winter session starts (sign up here), so I am using the opportunity to do a little fridge, cupboard and freezer clean out. Here is my menu plan for the week of December 4:
Sunday: Grilled sausages, cabbage and onion saute, roasted potatoes and radishes with brown butter sauce (in light of the season, I used apple cider vinegar instead of the lemon juice)
Monday: Bean and Bacon soup, leftover sausages
Tuesday: Taco Tuesday with homemade refried beans (easy in the pressure cooker)
Wednesday: Kohlrabi fritters with avocado sauce, leftover soup
Thursday: Real Good Fish
Friday: Takeout and Trashy TV
