Our veggie box from Fifth Crow Farms included Chard, Leeks, Radishes, Lettuce, Carrots, Salad Mix, and Old Indian Woman dried beans.
Here is my menu plan for the week of March 5:
Saturday: Pasta with sausage and greens from Small Victories
Sunday: BBQ Chicken, mashed potatoes, braised chard with onions, sautéed carrots
Monday: IKEA meatballs with mashed potatoes, braised red cabbage, cream gravy and of course, lingonberry sauce
Wednesday: Chicken enchiladas
Thursday: Real Good Fish
Friday: Kalpudding (Swedish-style meatloaf with caramelized cabbage)
