Our guys were gone last week, which meant we had the whole house (and menu plan) to ourselves! Dinners became casual, unhurried, cook-together affairs that were enjoyable and relaxing after a long day at camp. Here was our menu plan for our 2017 Girls Staycation:
Monday: Salad bar with local oak leaf lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, avocado and lemony vinaigrette
Tuesday: Cherry Tomato Galette
Wednesday: Quick dinner before basketball
Thursday: Heirloom tomato pizza from Cheese Board Collective in Berkeley
Friday: Boys back!
