My CSA Box: Mariquita Farms spring box

Between Fifth Crow Farms seasons, I like to purchase the Mariquita Farms occasional Mystery Boxes. These boxes are delivered every two weeks and contain a collection of seasonal produce. This week our box contained Broccoli, New Potatoes, Chives, Cucumbers, Avocados, Cocktail Onions, Little Gem Lettuces, Fava Beans, Wild Arugula, Carrots, Parsley and Red Cabbage. Here is my menu
